3d Client – Intergiro’s partner client that has integrated with Intergiro’s banking as a service solution - Intergiro.3d

Business hours - generally 9.00-17.00 CET on weekdays (when commercial banks are open for general banking business in Sweden)

Customer / End-User – a customer of the 3d Client that has been onboarded to use the Payment Services provided by Intergiro through the 3d Client’s app/website

Customer support system – a system used by Intergiro to handle requests from the first line customer support, currently Intercom chat widget via login to Intergiro business portal.

First line customer support – 3d Client’s customer support team

Off hours - time outside business hours.

Payment Services - the euro payment account provided by and the Visa card issued by Intergiro

Second line customer support – Intergiro’s customer support team.

Ticket – a request from the first line of support to the second line of support, in the customer support system.
