Intergiro’s customer support team comprises highly experienced, trained, and certified professionals across our Customer and Technical Support teams.
Their role is to provide you, as Intergiro’s 3d client, with second line customer support as required for you to carry out the first line customer support towards your Customers.
In case of questions that are unrelated to Customer Inquiries, such as requests for new features or general operational matters. Please mention these in your regular meetings with your Key Account Manager, or reach out to your Key Account Manager via email.
